Story & Stage
Stories are all around. We are living epistles of the world around. Ideas spark the stories within us.
What stories do you see?
“Painted By God”

I wrote this poem with the thought of Psalm 139:7-12 (KJV). This psalm is a meditation of my heart, that even when I feel angry or heartbroken with God, that I will never leave Him.
“Whether shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me. If I say, surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me. Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.”
“Angels, Demons, & Saints”

Angels, Demons, & Saints transports the reader to a future world where spiritual warfare has become increasingly visible to the physical world. It manifests itself in various ways and we see a clear distinction of the spiritual world in the physical world. As a result, people can now clearly see how their choices effect themselves, others, and the world around them.
I loved this concept for a story but had trouble defining which direction to go. I also wanted a way to interact and collaborate with readers to create a story that was driven by them. One of the things that I loved as a child were “Choose Your Own Adventure” books. I liked that there were multiple possibilities for a situation dependent on what you chose.
This is my version of that in an online story.
“Eyes On God”
Poetry & Digital Art
The thought behind this poem had a lot to do with the revelation of God.
I believe a lot of people know of God but to KNOW God in relationship is a whole new understanding.
Growing up, I knew of God, but I didn’t KNOW God. Now, I know His character, kindness, love, and desires for me. This is not just knowledge, but relationship.
After experiencing this, I could never go back to just the knowledge of God. It would be erasing revelation, which can’t be done, especially, at the soul level.
While memories can be lost, souls cannot be changed. This is why no matter how hard I could try; I could never look away from God again.
